A large established commercial bank in Thailand needed to innovate their services and product offerings to keep relevant and grow their business. They recognised that their customer market is changing their behaviour and market profiles demographic had also evolved.


This resulted in a shifting competitive landscape and urgent action was required to modernise or fall behind. They started a transformation journey led by changing the corporate culture to one that is innovation motivated and customer centric. One of their key areas was a focus on their Card and Payments capability and product offerings.
